Contributing to the Journal

We invite scholars, researchers, and practitioners to submit their original research, reviews, essays, and case studies to AUFSCHLUSS. Our journal is dedicated to fostering interdisciplinary dialogue and promoting innovative ideas across various fields. We welcome contributions that challenge conventional thinking and offer new insights into pressing global issues.

Submission Guidelines

Before submitting your work, please ensure that you follow our submission guidelines to facilitate a smooth review process:

1. Types of Submissions

We accept the following types of submissions:

  • Research Articles: Original, peer-reviewed research that contributes to a specific academic field.
  • Review Articles: Comprehensive reviews summarizing the state of research on a particular topic.
  • Essays and Opinions: Thought-provoking opinion pieces offering new perspectives on contemporary issues.
  • Case Studies: In-depth examinations of real-world applications or innovative practices in various contexts.

2. Formatting Requirements

  • Manuscripts should be submitted in Microsoft Word format (.docx).
  • Use a standard font (e.g., Times New Roman, 12 pt) with 1-inch margins on all sides.
  • The text should be double-spaced, with page numbers included.
  • Include a title page with the following information:
    • Title of the article
    • Author(s) name(s) and affiliation(s)
    • Corresponding author’s contact information (email and phone number)

3. Abstract and Keywords

  • Include a concise abstract (150-250 words) summarizing the main findings and significance of your work.
  • Provide 3-5 keywords that accurately reflect the content of the article.

4. References and Citations

  • Use [specific citation style, e.g., APA, MLA, Chicago] for all references and citations.
  • Ensure all citations are complete and formatted correctly according to the chosen style.

5. Submission Process

  • Ensure that you create an account or log in to submit your manuscript.
  • Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with details regarding your submission.

Peer Review Process

AUFSCHLUSS follows a double-blind peer review process to maintain the highest standards of academic integrity:

  • Upon submission, your manuscript will be reviewed by at least two experts in the field.
  • Reviewers will evaluate the manuscript based on originality, significance, clarity, and relevance to the journal’s aims and scope.
  • Authors will receive feedback from reviewers, along with a decision regarding publication (accept, revise and resubmit, or reject).

Ethical Considerations

By submitting to AUFSCHLUSS, authors agree to adhere to the following ethical guidelines:

  • Originality: Submissions must be original and not under consideration by any other publication.
  • Plagiarism: All work must be free from plagiarism, and proper credit must be given to previous research.
  • Disclosure of Conflicts of Interest: Authors should disclose any potential conflicts of interest that could influence their work.
